Godspell, which derives it's name from the archaic spelling of the word gospel, is a musical rendition of the Gospel according to St. Matthew. Audiences will delight in seeing the parables of Jesus Christ come humanly and heart-rendingly to life with a cast of actor/clowns singing such songs as 'Prepare Ye,' 'Day by Day,' 'All for the Best,' 'All Good Gifts,' and 'Turn Back, Oh Man,' just to name a few. If you've never experienced the joy that is Godspell, then make plans now to attend.

Mary Zimmerman, The Tony Award-winning creator of Metamorphoses, re-animates yet another set of ancient tales with her incredible adaptation of The Arabian Nights. In order to save her own life, a beautiful bride must tell tales of kings, warriors, and thieves. Zimmerman's incredible storytelling weaves together a thousand tales in an evening of incredible live theatre.

Atlantic Center for the Arts' your word Teen Creative Writing Residency is a one-of-a-kind, multi-genre summer writing residency that offers 9th through rising 12th grade writers workshops and mentorship by distinguished authors in poetry, fiction, and creative nonfiction/memoir, on the grounds of a breathtakingly beautiful ecological preserve.

your word Teen Creative Writing Residency will beheld from July 25 through Aug 7, 2010, offering 21 participants an extraordinary opportunity to explore and expand the power of their individual voices through writing workshops. The program will take place at Atlantic Center for the Arts, an artists' community on the east coast of central Florida.

The Metropolitan Opera Live from New York will be coming to Daytona Beach!
